Scary for me because it would not be too safe to be tied in to. Cracking and breaking are just part of the life cycle for many trees. Ash and pecans for example just break and then keep on growing. That is fine for the tree, but not always optimal for people. My job is to help trees and people co-exist. Sometimes I have to take trees out - unfortunately, I can't do the same with some of the people.....
